Our Approach…
We systematically identify actuaries from our state-of-the-art database using computer-generated searches: based on credentials, expertise, geographical preference, compensation and candidate interests. Our premier recruiting team quickly contacts appropriate candidates which begins our process of becoming an extension of our clients’ human resource function.

Teddy joined Andover in 2024 as an Associate, specializing in the placement of actuaries in the Life and Health markets. Working with students, ASA’s and new FSA’s she is committed to finding and creating the perfect opportunities for actuarial candidates.
Teddy is a high energy and goal-driven professional who approaches actuarial recruiting with perseverance and innovation to help candidates grow professionally. Teddy’s dedication to forming strong relationships in the actuarial community leads to successful placements both for candidates and clients alike.
Teddy, a native New Yorker, graduated from Amherst College in Massachusetts where she received her B.A in Psychology. Outside of the office, Teddy is an avid outdoorsman; hiking, running and rowing and spending time with her family in Maine. She enjoys Friday night pizza night where she explores all the best NYC Pizzerias! She has a dog named bear and currently lives in Brooklyn with her boyfriend.
